A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he studied Finance and Banking. He also completed a full-time degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw, obtaining a Master’s degree in Law. During his professional career, he served as a Finance Director, whilst gaining his chartered accountant qualifications at Roedl&Partner and KPMG. He has many years’ experience in auditing financial statements and consolidated accounts of companies belonging to international capital groups. He specialises in auditing merger plans and in implementing projects at the intersection of accounting and commercial law, particularly in transformation processes.
