Marta Nieścierowicz

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and of the Postgraduate Programme in Information Security Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. A consultant specialising in personal data protection and information security. She has 13 years’ experience in advising on and assessing the compliance of business entities with regulations and best practices in the field of information protection. She has completed numerous projects assisting organisations in assessing the risks of data-processing activities in accordance with the GDPR, including in the telecommunications, e-commerce, banking, insurance, local government, property development and IT sectors. An experienced auditor in the implementation of Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and Information Security Management Systems in accordance with ISO 27001:2013.
